A puppy's first grooming visit sets the tone for every groom after it. At Season Pets House in Kepong, our Puppy's First Groom is a gentle, unhurried introduction designed to help young dogs feel safe with water, dryers, clippers and being handled — so grooming becomes something they're comfortable with for life.

What the first groom includes:

• Slow, patient handling to build confidence
• Gentle warm bath with mild, skin-friendly shampoo
• Light blow-dry and brush-out at low noise
• Nail trim, ear cleaning and a tidy face/paw/sanitary trim
• Plenty of breaks and reassurance — no rushing

We keep that first session positive rather than a full styled cut, so your puppy associates the salon with calm and care. As they grow, we move up to a full groom at their own pace.

Most puppies can start gentle grooming once they've settled in and their vaccinations are up to date — if you're unsure about timing, check with your vet and we're happy to advise too.
